Fuel Systems Solutions Inc. has announced that it is organizing the company into two divisions - FSS Industrial and FSS Automotive - and making management changes in order to "further drive the company's speed of innovation and improve cost efficiency."

A new executive committee will oversee Fuel Systems' strategy and manage the operations of FSS Automotive (passenger and light-duty commercial transportation (OEM), automotive aftermarket and transportation infrastructure) and FSS Industrial (heavy-duty commercial transportation).

Mariano Costamagna, Fuel Systems' CEO, will lead the executive committee, which will also include Pietro Bersani, Roberto Olivo, two marketing and sales executive directors and two engineering executive directors.

Fuel Systems Solutions designs and manufactures alternative fuel components and systems for use in transportation and industrial applications, specializing in propane autogas and natural gas.
