CleanFUEL USA, a supplier of propane autogas infrastructure and engine systems, has promoted Wayne Moore to serve as the company's chief operating officer. He will oversee CleanFUEL USA's day-to-day operations and product development in its Novi, Mich., and Georgetown, Texas, locations.

Moore began his career in the propane industry with Petrolane, where he was responsible for 12 autogas-focused conversion centers. He then worked for Suburban Propane before joining CleanFUEL in 1997.

At CleanFUEL, Moore played an instrumental role in forming Espagas in Mexico and supported engineers in the production-built propane vehicle program at Ford of Mexico. He also assisted with the introduction of liquid propane-injected vehicles to the U.S. and helped develop several OEM programs with General Motors and Freightliner Custom Chassis.
