Alternative Hydrogen Solutions LLC (AHS) says it is working with Legacy Consulting Inc. to market Highline Technical Innovations' Hy-Impact hydrogen systems.

The Hy-Impact platform uses hydrogen as a catalyst to more effectively burn fuel. Hydrogen is separated from water via electrolysis, allowing a precise amount of hydrogen gas to be introduced into an engine's combustion chamber, "creating a significantly more efficient fuel burn" and resulting in a "dramatic increase in fuel economy," the company says.

"The Legacy team believes in the benefits of Hy-Impact and its success in reducing fuel consumption and emissions," says Chad Coats, CEO of AHS. "I believe they will be critical in AHS' progress and evolution."
